My name is Alex Durrant and I’ve been working in IT for 10+ years now, I currently work as an End User Computing Consultant at HybrIT Services based in the UK. I’m an Arsenal FC fan, so if that doesn’t prove I can handle uncertain situations then I don’t know what will!
About the blog
This blog is about giving something back to the community, I often find myself looking for guidance on a particular issue or implementation best practices in various blogs so I know how helpful they can be. I’m keen on spreading the knowledge that I’ve gained over the years, specifically within the EUC workspace, which includes a whole plethora of products, however, I tend to focus on the Microsoft 365 suite, with a particular focus on Microsoft Endpoint Manager which includes Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, this blog is not limited to those products, anything that I’ve learned and feel that would be useful to the community, I will post about!
